Copy-and-pasted your company’s site “About Me” blurb onto your job post.

Looked through a few ads on, and remastered the bullets of what skills are required from your competitor's posting...

“Submit your application today!!!” you excitedly close your job ad off with.

How’s the response rate been for ya...Not so strong, right?
